We exclusively use high-quality, pet-friendly products that are gentle on your furry friend's skin and coat. Our shampoos, conditioners, and other grooming products are carefully selected to ensure your pet's safety and well-being.
What do I need to tell you during the visit?
We will strongly appreciate if you can provide information on your pet allergies, reactions, mood, specific symptoms - all this information is best to know to provide your four-legged furry friend the best service.
How long will the grooming process take?
Of course this depends on the couple important factors: service you would like to get for your pet, individual needs, but in general full complex takes about one and half hours.
Can I stay with my pet during the grooming process?
While we understand your concerns, our grooming process is designed to be efficient and stress-free for your pet. We find that pets often feel more comfortable when their owners aren't present, as they can focus solely on the grooming experience. If you pet is very young, we can of course offer you to be present during our services.
How should I prepare my pet for the grooming appointment?

The best advices would be:
- Please do not feed your pet at least 2 Hours before your appointment
- Come 15 minutes earlier to make sure your pet adjusts to the new area in our salon
