Combing out mats

This procedure is really important! It helps us remove any tangles and makes your pet’s fur and skin ready for a relaxing bath. When we comb your furry friend, it allows their skin and fur to soak up all the goodness from our gentle grooming products. If we skip this step, your dog’s skin could get a bit dry when we use the blow dryer, and we want to avoid any unwanted dandruff.

Bathing with shampoo/balm/conditioner

We give your furry buddy a nice, soothing bath in our top-notch grooming tub. To keep them safe and sound, we use a short leash to make sure they don’t take any surprise leaps! We’ve got a range of premium shampoos, balms, and conditioners, specially picked for their fur type and age – whether they’re a playful puppy or a seasoned adult, or if they’ve got dry skin, we’ve got just the right stuff for them. Our bath products are loaded with natural oils, so that delightful fresh scent sticks around for more than a week.

Ear wiping and cleaning

Once the bath is done, we gently dry your furry friend using their very own fluffy towel. We give them a little time to air-dry comfortably, and after that, we take good care of their ears.

Drying and styling the fur

We use a high-quality grooming hairdryer (it’s like a superpowered one!) to gently and comfortably dry your pet’s fur. It’s designed not to get too hot, and we can adjust the settings for just the right power and warmth. While we’re drying, we also do some gentle fur combing to make sure it looks absolutely gorgeous and stylish!

Hygienic haircut

We give your pet’s paws, belly, and genital area a neat trim, making them look their best. We also take special care to shape their ears, and if required, we delicately remove any excess fur near the corners of their eyes. To complete the look, we shape the lower part of their paws.

We work our magic by giving your pet a stylish trim all over, including their body, paws, and head. Whether you’re looking for a breed-specific cut or a fun, creative style, our groomer will chat with you first and suggest some fantastic haircut options that’ll suit your pet perfectly!

How often should I get my pet groomed?

The frequency of grooming depends on your pet's breed, coat type, and individual needs. Generally, dogs benefit from grooming every 5 to 9 weeks. We can assess your pet's condition and recommend a grooming schedule that best suits them.

What products do you use? Are they pet-friendly?

We exclusively use high-quality, pet-friendly products that are gentle on your furry friend's skin and coat. Our shampoos, conditioners, and other grooming products are carefully selected to ensure your pet's safety and well-being.

What do I need to tell you during the visit?

We will strongly appreciate if you can provide information on your pet allergies, reactions, mood, specific symptoms - all this information is best to know to provide your four-legged furry friend the best service.

How long will the grooming process take?

Of course this depends on the couple important factors: service you would like to get for your pet, individual needs, but in general full complex takes about one and half hours.

Can I stay with my pet during the grooming process?

While we understand your concerns, our grooming process is designed to be efficient and stress-free for your pet. We find that pets often feel more comfortable when their owners aren't present, as they can focus solely on the grooming experience. If you pet is very young, we can of course offer you to be present during our services.

How should I prepare my pet for the grooming appointment?

Thats indeed great question to ask!
The best advices would be:
- Please do not feed your pet at least 2 Hours before your appointment
- Come 15 minutes earlier to make sure your pet adjusts to the new area in our salon
- Walk your pet before appointment
